About Us

Abbey Support and Services was established in 2013, it focuses on providing excellent professional care services to adults in the Leicester and Leicestershire area. The genesis came from the founder, Nasrin Begum who has a passion for providing care that puts the clients first with no exception. To this day Abbey Support and Services operates as a family-run business based in the heart of Leicester – just off Abbey Lane near the city centre. In her 23 years of experience, she continues to work with local authorities, healthcare trusts, and regulatory bodies. Nasrin has built relationships with these entities that enable her to drive an exceptional carer service.

Nasrin writes; We provide a wide range of premium care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. From the outset, we wanted to bring the best care services to adults of all ages. We are a growing close-knit team working side by side to help clients live their best lives at home and offer carers their desired care roles. Our aim is to offer quality, transparency, person-centred care and fast services whilst constantly improving along the way.

We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families. We have implemented an app-based system that gives us real time information on our customers’ conditions and can enable us to be so much more responsive than other homecare organisations. We audit our own service quality and thrive to make it better all the time.

We combine this with the highest level of customer service as we also believe that communication is vital. All customers will receive updates and feedback on a regular basis. As part of the Abbey Support and Services ethos, we will conduct regular service reviews with our clients and their families to gain honest and constructive feedback in order to focus on areas of improvement.
